Naresh Kumar Sharma

CEO and Managing Director

Naresh retired from the Indian Navy as an Honorary Lieutenant after more than 30 years of service. He then spent more than a decade as a director in the private marine sector, supporting shipbuilding and marine projects across India. He understands the engineering and safety demands of working at depth, and leads REYREEF to bring that discipline to diving: equipment specified honestly, fitted properly and supported long after the sale.

The name

REY is the ray of light. REEF is the depth it reaches.

Every dive begins the same way. Light enters the water and travels down until it reaches something. We wanted a name that said exactly that. REY, the ray of light. REEF, the depth it reaches. Together, REYREEF is the whole dive in one word: the light, the descent and the point where you arrive.
